Thank you for shopping at freshbias. Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer's satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label back to our return center, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
-Purchase can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
